Several clinical trials have shown that Feverfew reduces the frequency and severity of migraine headaches when taken in small amounts daily. It reduces symptoms of pain, nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and noise. It may be more effective in patients with more frequent migraine attacks.  Some Magnesium compounds seem to reduce the frequency and severity of migraine headaches.  Niacin has vaso-dilatory properties which may be helpful in the treatment of headaches.

White Willow has aspirin-like properties and therefore can provide pain relief from headaches. Capsacin, the active ingredient in Cayenne, depletes the chemical messengers that send signals through the pain-sensing peripheral nerves, thus deadening the sensation of pain even when its cause remains present. 

Warnings:

Avoid concomitant use with other anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs. Some of these drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.  Avoid White Willow if you are sensitive to aspirin or aspirin-like compounds

Suggested Use: 4-5 capsules per day
